Tidobytes develops custom data solutions that help organisations collect, manage, analyse and interact with their data more effectively.
We go beyond traditional analytics. Our platforms let teams explore data with advanced filtering, generate tailored reports, automate routine processes, and make faster, better-informed decisions at any scale.
From executive dashboards to large-scale exploration tools that exceed the limits of conventional spreadsheets, every solution is practical technology designed to help organisations work smarter.
The person behind the work.
Umoh Etido
I am Tido. I started Tidobytes to do one thing properly, which is turning messy, complex data into clear decisions that move an organisation forward.
My background started in customer experience. I handled inbound and outbound calls, managed multi-channel tickets, and ran detailed quality audits across fintech, energy, and support accounts. That work taught me to listen closely to what people actually need, and it still shapes how I build software today.
Over time I moved into growth marketing. At Miva Open University I plan events like webinars and workshops, write email campaigns that nurture and convert, and run the referral programme that brings more learners through the door. Through Tidobytes I design and build the dashboards, platforms, and automation that sit quietly behind real operations.
I am also a writer, and I draw from my novels and poetry to keep every piece of work clear, engaging, and on brand. I am dedicated, adaptable, and focused on results. If you are building exceptional teams or working on customer centric growth, I would love to connect.
Built to solve real problems.
